Alexander Trudon

Alexander Trudon is an experienced restaurant professional currently serving as General Manager at Matthew Kenney Cuisine since January 2016. In this role, Alexander oversees all operational and financial aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality cuisine while collaborating with ownership, the Director of Hospitality, and the Executive Chef. Previously, Alexander held the position of Assistant General Manager, contributing to the restaurant's excellence in service and operational success. Earlier experience includes serving roles at acclaimed establishments such as Plant Food and Wine, Chavela, Krust, and Six Main, showcasing a strong foundation in plant-based cuisine and hospitality.
