Gabriela Sanchez is a highly experienced culinary professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as CEO of Eat Pretty Brasil, which offers a vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO nutrition program. In addition to this role, Gabriela has been a Personal Chef at the U.S. Consulate in São Paulo since August 2016, leveraging extensive culinary experience from Honduras and Los Angeles to deliver innovative plant-based cuisine. Gabriela is also the CEO of Roots Juicery, which specializes in cold-pressed juices made from organic Honduran fruits and vegetables, and has experience as a Chef at Matthew Kenney Cuisine, focusing on raw vegan gourmet dishes. Prior to these ventures, Gabriela served as the Executive Director of FUNDESHI, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with hydrocephalus and spina bifida. Gabriela's educational background includes advanced training as a Raw Vegan Chef from Matthew Kenney Culinary and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
