Shahir Taj's work experience includes working as a Software Engineer at MMG, where they developed API-based patient recruitment and retention systems using .NET Core/C#, React, and AngularJS. Shahir implemented Azure cloud and DevOps integration to enhance security and scalability, while reducing deployment time for modules, upgrades, and fixes.

Prior to that, Shahir worked as an Academic Tutor at Mentor Tutoring, where they spearheaded an educational program initiative to provide free tutoring to low-income high school students.
