David Treadwell

David Treadwell is the Market Leader for the Denver office of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, a position held since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing the office and leading recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Treadwell served as Senior Managing Director at Newmark Knight Frank from January 2019 to December 2022, focusing on Financial Advisory Services in Multifamily Capital Markets. Additionally, Treadwell worked at CBRE from July 2010 to July 2020, initially as Vice President in Commercial Real Estate Financing and later as First Vice President in Capital Markets, specializing in Debt & Structured Finance. Treadwell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and a law degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law.
