Sam Sukut has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Sam is currently serving as the Vice President and Senior Director for Industrial Real Estate Investment Services at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services™, where they specialize in the industrial sector and provides top-quality service to owners and operators. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder and Principal at Beech Tree Equity Partners, a Co-Founder and Principal at Inland Pacific Property Management, and a Managing Partner at INLAND PACIFIC. In these roles, they have displayed strong leadership abilities, business knowledge, and expertise in commercial real estate. Prior to these positions, Sam worked as an Associate Broker and Financial Analyst at Stream Realty Partners. Sam also gained experience as an Investment Analyst Intern at NorthMarq and as an Intern at Sukut Construction, LLC and Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.

Sam Sukut earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate & Finance from the University of San Diego, where they attended from 2014 to 2018. In April 2018, they obtained a CA Real Estate Broker's License from the Bureau Of Real Estate.
