Sean Clancy

Sean Clancy began their work experience as an Intranet Web Database Specialist and Web Administrator at St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2000. During their time there, they developed rich, interactive application suites and designed the online admissions application system. Sean then joined HENDRICKS & PARTNERS in 2007 as a Lead Software Developer and Architect. In this role, they worked with a small group of developers and utilized technologies such as C#. After leaving HENDRICKS & PARTNERS in 2012, Sean joined Berkadia in 2013 as the Director of Development Operations, Delivery Manager, and Architect. Sean managed a team of 150 software delivery professionals and oversaw a significant increase in the department's size. Most recently, Sean became the Chief Technology Officer at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services in 2021.

Sean Clancy earned a Master's degree in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 1996-2000. In addition, Sean obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2014.
