Director Of People And Culture at Mattie Rhodes Center

Emily Liuzza has a strong background in people and culture management, recruitment and hiring, and campus ministry. Emily is currently working as the Director of People and Culture at the Mattie Rhodes Center. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Strategic Recruitment and Hiring Manager at The Culture Project International, where they led a team of recruiters and HR representatives and managed multiple recruiting offices. Emily also has experience in campus ministry, having built and managed a campus ministry/evangelization department at The University of Kansas. Emily has also worked as a Missionary and Public Speaker at The Culture Project International, where they delivered talks on theological topics and led the development of core values and mission. Emily's earlier experience includes roles as a Residence Coordinator and Programming Assistant at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where they oversaw dorms, managed daily logistics, and coordinated logistics for summer conference speakers.

Emily Liuzza earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Catechetics from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2013. Emily then went on to complete their Master of Education Administration with a focus on Curriculum/Instruction and Professional Development at the same institution from 2013 to 2015.
