José Agote

José Agote has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began their career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Two years later, they moved to Advent International, where they worked as an Associate and Summer Associate until 2012. In 2013, they became the M&A Director at International Meal Company, and in 2014 they became the President of IMCMV Holdings, Inc. In 2015, they returned to International Meal Company as the Chief Financial Officer, and in 2019 they took on the role of VP Financeiro/CFO at Dasa. That same year, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors for International Meal Company. In 2020, they began working at Lottus Education as the Managing Partner and Chief Development Officer, and in 2022 they co-founded mattilda., where they currently serve as the CEO.

José Agote completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance, General from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania between 2003 and 2007. José then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School between 2011 and 2013.
