Andrea Kilen

Andrea Kilen has extensive experience in communication and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of User Dialogue and Communication at Mattilsynet since January 2020, Kilen has previously held positions including Acting Communications Director and Section Head at POLITIDIREKTORATET from August 2017 to January 2020, and Section Head of the Media Section at NAV, where Kilen managed a team within the communication department. Kilen's earlier experience includes serving as Communications Director and Senior Advisor at Aetat, as well as positions in HR and internal communication at Telenor ASA. Andrea Kilen’s educational background includes a Master of Management in Communication, HR, and Change Management from BI Norwegian Business School, alongside studies at INSEAD and Columbia University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and German from Southern Methodist University.
