Paulo de Tarso Santos

Paulo de Tarso Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and commercial leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Commercial & Project Manager at Mattr since November 2023, Paulo previously held several key positions at Shawcor from September 2009 to November 2023, including Senior Project Manager and Commercial Manager for Offshore Pipeline Performance across the Western Hemisphere. Responsibilities encompassed managing offshore tenders in multiple countries, overseeing bid proposals for coating projects, and leading quality and production operations within the SpoolBase. Prior to Shawcor, Paulo was Quality Control Manager at Socotherm and Quality Engineer at Tenaris, gaining valuable insights into technical and quality management. Paulo holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV and a degree in Chemical Engineering from USP, complemented by strategic business studies at Ohio University.
