Li Diao

Li Diao has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from their earliest role as a Process Engineer at Quester Technology in 1997, they progressed through various positions at Mattson Technology and KLA-Tencor. They held roles such as Application Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineering Manager at Mattson Technology, with responsibilities including product development, strategic and technical marketing, process and integration development, and customer support. At KLA-Tencor, Li Diao served as a Senior Manager in Apps Development. Their most recent position is Senior Director of Regional Business at Mattson Technology, where they are currently employed.

Li Diao has a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science and Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, which was obtained from 1986 to 1990. Li Diao then pursued a Master of Science degree in Material Science and Organic Photochemistry from the Institute of Photochemistry, Chinese Academy of Science, which was achieved from 1990 to 1993. Following that, Li Diao completed a PhD in Organic Photochemistry from the University of Victoria between 1994 and 1997. Lastly, in 2010, Li Diao received a Certificate in Senior Executive in High-Technology Company from the Stanford/TechAmerica Executive Institute.
