Stephen Blucher

Stephen Blucher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in correctional services, business management, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Custodial Correctional Officer at Queensland Corrective Services, Stephen has held various leadership roles, including Supervisor at The GEO Group, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing complex forensic mental health units and managing at-risk prisoners. As Managing Director of Bluco Pty Ltd, Stephen directed operations for a high-end salon business, while previous positions included managing large teams in engineering and project management across multiple organizations, such as Parsons Brinckerhoff and SKM. Educational qualifications include an MBA from AIM Business School Melbourne and a Cert IV in Correctional Practices from GEO Group, among other credentials. Additionally, Stephen contributes to community welfare as Treasurer for Maturity Matters, a non-profit organization focused on the emotional wellbeing of older adults.
