Renee Torgersen

Renee Torgersen currently serves as an Assistant Manager at Mauch Chunk Trust Company since May 2017. Prior to this role, Renee worked at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union from April 2007 to May 2017, initially as a Member Relations Supervisor and advancing to oversee the Outbound Call Center, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and mentoring employees, as well as managing daily operations. Before this, Renee spent 17 years at Independence Community Bank, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Assistant to Call Center Assistant Manager, focusing on department management, employee training, and customer assistance. Renee pursued studies in Business Administration and Management at the College of Staten Island from 1999 to 2001.
