Rick Altinger

Rick Altinger possesses extensive experience in the medical device and digital therapeutic industries. Currently serving as Board Member and Acting COO & CCO at Maui Imaging, Altinger has contributed to the company’s innovative ultrasound imaging solutions. Altinger holds advisory roles for several companies focused on ultrasound imaging, diabetes management, and digital health technologies, including T1D Exchange and Cardisio. Altinger previously served as the CEO of Glooko, where the company developed data synchronization solutions for diabetes patients. With a foundational career in healthcare technology, including leadership positions at Intuit and Healtheon/WebMD, Altinger combines engineering expertise from Stanford University with a strong focus on improving health outcomes and advancing digital health solutions.
