Marc Bokowski

Marc Bokowski has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing management. Marc is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Maury Microwave since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Wavestream as a Director of Manufacturing, overseeing production assembly and testing of solid state power amplifiers. Marc also held the role of Manufacturing Manager and Value Stream Leader at Wavestream, where they focused on meeting customer demands, maintaining high quality standards, and improving production processes.

Before joining Wavestream, Marc was the Value Stream Manager at Mason Controls, where they implemented Lean processes and achieved significant reductions in past dues. Marc also served as the Production Manager at Wabtec Control Systems, managing multiple production lines and reducing waste and costs. As the Site Leader at Kenco Group, they successfully managed a large distribution center for a medical supplier.

Earlier in their career, Marc worked as a Production Supervisor at Haas Automation, a Material Manager at LMI Aerospace and Cooper Lighting, and as a Product Manager, Production Coordinator, and ERP Project Leader at Gruber Systems, Inc. Marc started their career at Haskel International LLC, where they held various operations, supervisory, and management positions, including Customer Service Manager and Production Supervisor.

Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and expertise in implementing process improvements to meet organizational goals.

Marc Bokowski completed their education at two different institutions. From 2000 to 2005, they attended DeVry Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they enrolled in the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Marc'sMBA specialization included General Management and Project Management.
