Ana Maria Alonso Muñana

Ana Maria Alonso Muñana has a diverse background in various fields. Ana Maria started their professional journey in 2019 as a Research Assistant at the Mid Atlantic Center for Children's Health and the Environment, where they conducted literature reviews and distributed patient education materials. In 2020, Ana Maria worked as a Teacher Assistant at Institución Educativa SEK, supporting teachers and contributing to lesson plans. Ana Maria also interned as an Undergraduate Intern at the Center for Global Health Practice and Impact, Georgetown University, conducting research and producing country profiles and presentations. From 2021 to 2022, Ana Maria joined the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal), where they worked as a Project Intern and later as a Data Assistant, conducting systematic reviews, updating databases, and producing reports. Currently, they are employed at Maven Clinic as a Global Strategy & Operations Intern and has recently been promoted to the role of Global Operations Coordinator.
