Roger Hopper

Roger Hopper has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Mavendog, LLC since 2017. Prior positions at Mavendog include Director of Talent Acquisition and Account Management, as well as Director of HR and Administration. Previously, Roger served as a Soldier in the Virginia Army National Guard from 2005 to 2018, holding the role of Paralegal NCO. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampden-Sydney College and a Master of Arts in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness from Virginia Commonwealth University.
