Balakumaran Venkataraman

Balakumaran Venkataraman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in technical architecture and systems development, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Mavenir since April 2017. Prior roles include Senior Technical Architect at Ranzure Networks and SMTS at Altiostar Networks, where contributions involved work on vBBU software, alignment with NFV standards, and collaboration with WindRiver partners for CRAN applications. Venkataraman has also held positions at Aricent, leading projects for major clients and developing C-RAN solutions for LTE Small Cells, in addition to technical leadership roles at Sasken Communication Technologies and software engineering at Philips Semiconductor.
