Haeleem Lee

Haeleem Lee is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and system engineering. Currently serving as Lead Engineer for RAN at Mavenir since 2020, Haeleem specializes in 5G-NR massive MIMO ORAN system development and 4G/5G RAN PHY development, alongside end-to-end system integration. Previously, Haeleem held the position of Senior System Engineer at J Plus/Juni America Inc from 2013 to 2020, focusing on LTE small cell system design and self-organizing network verification. Additional roles include system engineering for LTE small cell systems at Juni America Inc and significant research experience at the University of Southern California, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and Marvell Semiconductor. Haeleem holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and has completed Ph.D. coursework in Electrical Engineering at the University of Southern California, along with other professional qualifications in computing and software development.
