N. N. Subramanian

N.N.Subramanian (Subbu) is a co-founder of Maveric Systems and is currently heading the quality engineering (QE) business. In the last 20 years at Maveric, he has been closely associated with supporting over 100 banks through the transformation of their core and satellite systems. Maveric has been serving leading global tier one banks as well as banks that are regional leaders and challengers.

In these last few years when both banking and QE are going through a generational transformation, Subbu and his team are focusing on designing and delivering new-age QE solutions, that accelerate a banks’ transformation journey in 3 core areas – enhancing customer experience, adoption of open banking and leveraging data tech.

Subbu has more than 20 years of professional experience across the fields of business development and management consulting. Before Maveric, he was a management consultant with Eicher Consultancy Services and Proact Management Consulting (a consulting firm which he co-founded). His main area of work was quality in service organizations. He has done his post-graduate diploma in management from Management Development Institute.
