Andrew Berman

Andrew Berman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew is currently the President of Maverick Health, where they manage a team of 25 employees and oversees over 400 others. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Chief of Staff and Chief Legal Officer at Slingshot Health, where they played a crucial role in scaling the business and raising $15 million in capital. Andrew also successfully negotiated contracts with Prospect Medical, Hackensack Meridian, and U.S. government agencies. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Joseph A. Romano, focusing on NY Workers' Compensation & SSD cases. Andrew also has experience as an Associate Attorney at Sanders Ortoli Vaughn-Flam Rosenstadt LLP, handling merger and acquisition structuring and SEC filings. Andrew started their career as an intern at Maxim Group LLC, Mark A. Campbell, Esq., Hon. John R. La Cava, Home Town Media Group, and The Heritage Foundation.

Andrew Berman completed their Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Cardozo School of Law in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History (Double Major) from Manhattanville College between 2003 and 2007.
