Kraig Angel

Kraig Angel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is as the Vice President of Automotive at OnMyWay™ Commerce, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they founded TEKGlobal LLC in 2021 and served as a Founder, enabling global new business and start-up growth, particularly in the automotive industry. Kraig also worked as a Start-up Mentor for Plug and Play, a start-up incubator based in Silicon Valley.

Before TEKGlobal, Kraig was the Vice President of Global Strategy & Sales at SinoFuse from 2021 to 2022. Kraig then served as the Executive Director of Sales - Americas and Middle East at Hastings Manufacturing from 2020 to 2021.

Kraig's experience in the automotive industry goes back to their time at Yanfeng, where they held the position of New Mobility Commercial Development and Sales. Kraig was responsible for leading the strategy for acquisition, development, and product launch for new mobility projects with companies such as Tesla, Rivian, Waymo (Google), and Apple. During their tenure, they negotiated commercial terms and agreements with Tesla, resulting in annual sales of over $300 million.

Prior to Yanfeng, Kraig worked at Johnson Controls in various roles. Kraig was the Legal Entity Lead during the formation of the Yanfeng Global Interiors Systems joint venture. Kraig also served as a Business Unit Manager and Sales Manager, setting global profitability records for the interiors group Volkswagen business in North America. Additionally, they worked as a Program Manager in the International Business Unit, overseeing the development and launch of over 25 projects with multiple global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Kraig began their career at Johnson Controls as an Engineer in Automotive Interiors, specializing in core-product engineering for center consoles.

Overall, Kraig Angel has extensive experience in sales, strategy, business development, and leadership in the automotive industry, with a focus on new mobility ventures and start-up growth.

Kraig Angel obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. After that, they pursued further education at Western Michigan University, where they completed their Master's of Engineering in Engineering Management/Industrial Engineering from 2001 to 2003.
