Daniele Paderno

Daniele Paderno has extensive work experience in the IT field. Daniele currently serves as the CIO at W Group since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at MAW from 2007 until now, where they held the role of Responsabile IT (CIO). In this position, they were responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the ERP system and software applications. Daniele also supervised the IT team, consultants, and vendors, and managed the IT budget. Before that, they worked as a Technician HW and System Administrator at MAW from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they have experience as an Innovation Manager at MISE through MAC Men at Code starting in October 2019. Daniele began their career at LCL as a Service Desk employee from 2006 to 2007.

Daniele Paderno has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2006, they attended ITIS Castelli, where they obtained a degree in Informatica as a Perito Informatico. In 2010, they studied ICT Management at IFOA. The following year, in 2011, they completed a degree in Multiproject Management from PMI. During the same year, they also obtained an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from Education Time. In 2012, they pursued PRINCE2 Foundation at QRP International. Moving forward, they attended Università Ca' Foscari Venezia from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a master's degree in Technology & Design Strategy Innovation. In 2021, they completed a course in Innovation Architect, focusing on the systems mentioned in ISO 56002 for managing innovation at Lapetre. Daniele also holds additional certifications, including PRINCE2 Foundation from QRPC - Milano (obtained in February 2012) and ITIL V3 Foundation from Education Time (obtained in March 2011).
