Nedal Terkieh

Nedal Terkieh has held various director positions in sales, operations, customer value management, customer marketing, and churn management throughout their career. In their most recent role as Director of Sales & Distribution at Mawarid Electronics LTD., they focus on driving growth and enhancing the customer experience through digital transformation. Prior to that, they worked at OSN as a Director, leading commercial transformation initiatives and overseeing customer value management, customer marketing, and churn management. Earlier in their career, they worked at Orbit TV Media Production as a Global Director and Manager in customer service and contact center roles.

Nedal Terkieh obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Emeritus in 2022. Prior to that, they completed coursework towards an Engineering Degree at the Lebanese University - Faculty of Engineering II (ULFG2) from 1986 to 1988.
