Osamah Alsalman

Osamah Alsalman has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Manager of Recruitment and HR Development at Mawhiba since December 2007, where participation in establishing the HR department has been a key achievement. Previous roles include HR Supervisor and HR Specialist at the same organization, focusing on recruitment processes and employee relations. Prior to Mawhiba, Osamah worked as a Recruitment Officer at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital and as Recruitment Supervisor at Riyadh Care Hospital, overseeing various recruitment activities. Additionally, experience includes roles as Payroll Assistant and Personnel Assistant, managing payroll and personnel duties for over 1000 staff members. Osamah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
