Jen Watt

Jen Watt, CHRL, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Max Aicher (North America) since February 2019, Jen collaborates closely with the COO to develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives. Prior to this position, Jen held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Laurel Steel, where contributions focused on providing HR advice and ROI initiatives. Previous experiences include coordinating HR, Risk Management, and Health & Safety for Enterprise Holdings Inc. and various support roles in different companies. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science in Sociology with a focus on Work Relations from the University of Windsor, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Georgian College.
