Pace Josey has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Pace started their career in 2006 as a CSR at Blinds and Closet Designs. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Community Bank & Trust as a Head Teller & Vault Manager, where they managed vault functions and marketed specific products. In 2007, Pace also started their own business, DJ Solutions, where they owned and operated a licensed mobile DJ business. Pace implemented event contracts, analyzed budgets and assets, and utilized social media and guerrilla marketing techniques to increase business.
In 2010, Pace joined Whitney Bank/Hancock Bank as a Multi-Service Banker, where they managed a marketing team and implemented customer appreciation events. Pace also worked with the local community to promote the bank's brand. In 2012, they transitioned to The Retreat at Schillinger Apartment Homes as an Assistant Property Manager, creating marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and occupancy.
In 2013, Pace joined Hummingbird Ideas as a Creative Content Manager, where they acted as an account manager for multiple clients, managed digital advertising campaigns, and created content for social media platforms. Pace continued in this role until 2015.
From 2015 to 2021, Pace worked at Guardian Credit Union as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist. In these roles, they collaborated with ad agencies, managed content creation across various marketing mediums, purchased media placements, and analyzed digital analytics for ROI. Pace also developed website content and curated social media channels. Pace was responsible for event marketing, creating digital lead funnels, and exploring new marketing technologies. Pace wrote copy for radio and web platforms.
In 2017, Pace started their own business, Trillion Ideas, as an owner of a full-service ad agency specializing in social media management and lead generation. Pace provided services to clients and curated content across social media platforms.
In 2019, Pace also started Trillion Threads, a side adventure focused on online retail strategy, dropshipping, and web store creation. Pace gained experience in these areas until 2021.
Most recently, since 2021, Pace has been working at MAX Credit Union as the AVP of Marketing & Sales. Pace has been responsible for marketing and sales strategies, and from May 2023, they will transition into the role of VP of Marketing.
Pace Josey, MSM, completed their Masters of Science in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Troy University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelors in Business Administration, focusing on Business Management & Marketing, from the same institution in the years 2006 to 2010. Before attending university, Pace Josey attended Evangel Christian Academy, although no specific dates or degrees were provided for this educational experience.
