Kirat Brar

Kirat Brar is the current Head of HR & Administration at Max Speciality Films. Prior to this, they were with Max Ventures & Industries Limited as the Pulse Evangelist, responsible for incubating a business vertical in the commercial Real Estate office space centred on the human experience in the office space. Kirat has also worked with Religare Finvest Limited as AVP - HR (Corporate HR) where they were responsible for Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Recognition Program, Employee Engagement, Campus Recruitment, Reporting and Data Management, Strategic HR Initiatives and Projects. Kirat started their career with Religare as Manager - HR (Business HR).

Kirat Brar has a MBA in Human Resources from University Business School, Panjab University. Kirat also has a B.Com. (Hons.) from GGDSD College, Panjab University. Kirat has also done a certification course in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Franklin Covey and a certification course in Hay Group Job Evaluation from Korn Ferry. Kirat has also done a certification course in Strategic Talent Management and Succession Planning from Monar Consulting, Inc. and a certification course in MBTI Certification from CPP Asia Pacific.
