Frank Pelkofer

Frank Pelkofer is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in spacecraft assembly, systems engineering, and advanced space programs. Currently serving as Vice President at Maxar Technologies, Frank is responsible for transforming the Maxar Space business and managing a team that influences various organizational functions. Previously, at SSL, Frank held multiple leadership roles overseeing multidisciplinary teams of engineers, particularly in the design and qualification of the SS/L 1300 geo-communication spacecraft. Frank's career began with the US Navy, where the inaugural role was as a Lieutenant. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
