Kirill Rechter

Kirill Rechter is the CEO and Co-Founder of MaxBill, a role held since 2008, where focus is on enhancing billing and customer experience management for service providers through the innovative MaxBill solution. Prior to this position, Kirill Rechter served as CTO and Co-Founder of MaxBill from August 1996 to February 2007, where responsibilities included defining the technological roadmap for CRM and billing products since the company's inception. Kirill Rechter holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
