Songcheng Lin

Songcheng Lin, EIT, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Tower & Hoist Engineering Manager at Maxim Crane Works, LP, since June 2021, with previous roles as Project Engineer and Application Engineer. Lin's background includes tutoring for Tau Beta Pi at the University of Kentucky College of Engineering and significant contributions to the University of Kentucky Solar Car Team, including enhanced ventilation design and leading aerodynamic shell development. A former NASA Academy participant, Lin collaborated on innovative vehicle design projects with pending patent approval. Additional experience includes a quality engineering internship at 3M, focusing on military contracts, and various academic support roles at the University of Kentucky, culminating in a Mechanical Engineering degree in 2021.
