Danny Fossey

Danny Fossey is currently the Vice President of Investment Banking at Maxim Group LLC, where Danny is involved in raising capital for early stage companies in the biotechnology/healthcare sector through Maxim Merchant Partners. Prior to this, Danny worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Dinan & Company, a buyside advisory boutique for middle market PE funds. Additionally, Danny co-founded a tech startup where Danny led a team through the development of a smartphone application for parents to monitor their child's internet activity in real time. Danny graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and also holds a BS in Entrepreneurship from Eller College's McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship.
