Jarrod DePriest

As president, Jarrod oversees company strategy and ensures that it adapts to community needs, identifies new growth opportunities, and cultivates motivation to fulfill and deliver the mission. Jarrod’s operational direction in collaboration with executive partners drives Maxim’s vision and values. He also serves as the Co-Executive Sponsor for Maxim’s Diversity and Inclusion Board.

Jarrod began his career with the company in 1998 as a Healthcare Recruiter. His excellence and commitment to servant leadership allowed him to rise quickly through several roles, including west region vice president and senior vice president of operations.

Jarrod has previously served on the boards for the Whitney Ranch Charitable Foundation Strokes4Hope and the California Association for Health Services at Home. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Allegheny College and a Master’s in Sports Administrations from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
