Jaanika T.

Jaanika T. has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Jaanika is currently working as the Head of Sales Marketing at MAXIMA Eesti since May 2023. Before this, they worked for LIVIN healthy products from June 2021 to May 2023 as a Livin- supporting healthy lifestyle. Prior to that, Jaanika served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at MAXIMA Eesti OÜ from April 2016 to June 2022. Jaanika also worked at Magnum AS as a Magnum CMO from September 2018 to May 2020. Earlier in their career, Jaanika held various roles at Baltika Group, including Head of Marketing Department from October 2013 to April 2016 and Marketing manager for Monton & Mosaic from October 2010 to October 2013. Jaanika also worked as a Press Officer at Polhem PR from 2008 to September 2010. Jaanika's career started at Backstage in 2005 as a Project Manager, where they managed fashion shows and provided styling services for AD and magazines. Jaanika also worked as a Fashion show manager at Estonian Academy of Arts from 2003 to 2008.

Jaanika T. obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Fashion design and Fashion marketing from the Estonian Academy of Arts. Jaanika then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Strategic Management at the University of Tartu, The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The MBA program lasted from 2014 to 2017.
