Josh Rathmell is an experienced editor with a robust career spanning over a decade in the film and advertising industries. Currently serving as an editor at Maximum Effort since March 2023, Josh has also worked as a freelance editor for various notable companies including Psyop, Publicis Groupe, Harbor Picture Company, Mondial Creative Labs, Artjail, Johannes Leonardo, Forsman & Bodenfors New York, The Martin Agency, and Corner Shop Post Inc. Josh's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Film Editing from the Australian Film Television and Radio School, as well as studies in Film/Digital Photography at the Australian Centre of Photography and a Diploma of Screen from Sydney Film School.
