Leena Johns

Leena Johns, MD, currently serves as the Head of Health and Wellness and Medical Director at MAXIS Global Benefits Network since February 2014, while concurrently holding the position of Vice President, Global Healthcare at MetLife. Prior to these roles, Leena Johns was the Operations Manager at One Hundred Years Insurance Solutions from May 2011 to January 2014, where responsibilities included developing operational and claims metrics and ensuring efficient claims processing. From July 2008 to July 2010, Leena Johns was the Group Medical Director at HealthCare International, overseeing medical reviews and authorization for inpatient cases across multiple international locations. Earlier in career, Leena Johns worked as a Medical Claims Manager at MARSH from March 2003 to June 2006.
