Simrin Nijhawan

Simrin Nijhawan currently serves as General Manager of Operations, Support Services, and Commercial and Projects, as well as Chief Financial Officer at Maxlife Care since April 2021, where responsibilities include financial oversight, governance processes, and capital raising partnerships. Prior to this role, Simrin worked as a Senior Consultant in Finance and Management Consulting at PwC Australia, engaging in various projects across healthcare, government, and consumer goods sectors while also supporting team connectivity during COVID-19. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Associate Auditor and Accountant at PwC, including a secondment to San Francisco focusing on venture capital clients. Simrin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Law from UNSW, is a Chartered Accountant through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and has attained the GAICD designation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
