Steven Evanson

Client Support Specialist at MaxMine

Steven Evanson has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Client Support Specialist at MaxMine. Steven also has experience in leadership roles, serving as the Co-President and Media and Communications Leader at The Adelaide University Geography and Development Society, and later as the Chairperson. In addition, they have been an active member of the SANFL Umpires Association since 2017 and previously worked as an Umpire for SANFL in 2016. Steven pursued their academic interests as a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Adelaide from 2018 to 2022. Steven has also been involved in various roles at World Vision Australia, including Youth Representative, Fundraising Promoter, and Senior Fundraising Promoter. Furthermore, Steven gained research experience as a Research Intern at the Office of Vincent Tarzia, where they focused on developing a Cyber Security Strategy for South Australia. Steven received a Distinction grade for their report. Lastly, they completed an IT Service Desk Internship at SACE Board in 2016.

Steven Evanson completed a Bachelor of International Development (Honours) degree at the University of Adelaide from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, in 2014, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at the University of Melbourne. Additionally, Steven obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Risk and Strategy from RMIT University in August 2020.
