Medha Haridas

Medha Haridas has over 10 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. Medha began their career in 2009 as a Technical Recruiter at Lancesoft. In 2010, they joined Aditi Consulting as a Technical Recruiter. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Ensener Business Solutions, first as a Manager of Business Operations and then as a Client Relations Manager. Since 2017, they have been at Maxonic, Inc. where they are currently a Director of Recruiting.

Medha Haridas completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
