Paduka Padhy

Paduka Padhy has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 when they were a summer trainee at National Aluminium Company Limited. In 2005, they were a summer trainee at HPCL. In 2006, they began working as an Analyst Programmer at Accenture, where they designed, developed, and implemented end-to-end data warehousing solutions. In 2011, they became a Graduate Assistant at Robert H. Smith School of Business. In 2012, they were an MBA Intern at K12, where they collected, organized, and analyzed market data for the online public and private K-12 Education industry. That same year, they also became a Research Analyst at Maryland Small Business Technology Development Center, University of Maryland, where they conducted feasibility analysis for new ideas and technologies. In 2013, they became a Business Analyst at StratApps and a Director and Manager at Maxonic, where they managed the big data practice and worked with clients in the Retail, Financial Services, and Semiconductors industries.

Paduka Padhy obtained a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela between 2002 and 2006. Paduka then obtained a MBA from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2011 and 2013. In 2006, they earned a Teradata Certified SQL Specialist certification from Teradata. In 2014, they earned a Splunk Certified Architect certification from Splunk. In 2019, they earned a Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect certification from Splunk. In 2021, they earned a Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft. Finally, in 2022, they earned a Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
