Jordan Dods

Jordan Dods has a strong and diverse work experience starting from 2010. Jordan began their career as a Chemistry Teacher at Teach for America - Charlotte, where they worked from 2010 to 2012. Jordan then joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst from 2012 to 2015. After that, they had various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Senior Associate from 2017 to 2018, and later as an Engagement Manager from 2018 to 2020.

Following their time at McKinsey & Company, Dods joined Great Lakes Dental Partners in 2020 as a Vice President. Here, they led various responsibilities, such as M&A, post-acquisition integration, procurement, and IT. Jordan stayed with the company until 2023.

Currently, Jordan Dods is working at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives, a position they started in August 2023.

Jordan Dods has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia (2006-2010). They also have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Economics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (2015-2017). Prior to their university education, Jordan attended Woodberry Forest School from 2003 to 2006.
