Melissa Jacobsen

Melissa Jacobsen has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa served as the National Director of Account Management at Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC since 2018. Prior to that, they held the same role at American Healthcare from 2016, where they also worked as an Account Executive/Regional Area Manager from 2010. Before joining American Healthcare, Melissa was an Account Manager at EPIC from 2006 to 2013. Melissa'sresponsibilities included managing a book of business, creating proposals, and aligning benefit design strategies with clients' financial goals. Melissa began their career as a Workers Compensation Coordinator at Kness Chiropractic, where they focused on HIPAA compliance, insurance account auditing, and increasing collection rates.

Melissa Jacobsen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Southern Adventist University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
