Tapish Desai

Tapish Desai has a diverse work experience starting in 2013. Tapish began their career as a Contracts Administration Volunteer at Carle Foundation Hospital, where they tracked property and created a database schema for tracking hospital assets. In 2014, Tapish interned at Cerner Corporation as a Consultant, where they wrote SQL scripts and assisted with a Hospital Go Live event. Tapish also attended summits and conferences to gain insight into the future of the Healthcare Industry. The following year, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Carle Foundation Hospital, contributing to various projects and attending planning sessions. From 2015 to 2022, Tapish joined Sentry Data Systems, where they held multiple roles including Product Lead, Product Owner, and Technical Analyst. Tapish was responsible for CRM and collaboration tools, as well as leading a rapid response team. In 2022, Tapish joined Maxor National Pharmacy Services, LLC as a Lead Program Manager.

Tapish Desai completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, spanning from 2012 to 2015.
