Dustin Hagglund has extensive experience in security and military roles, currently serving as a Protective Security Officer for MaxSent since August 2018, contracted through the Federal Protective Service of the Department of Homeland Security. Hagglund has also held the position of Tactical Training and Compliance Officer at Top Flight Security LLC since January 2017, and serves as an Infantry Squad Leader for the Oregon Army National Guard since November 2013. Previously, Hagglund served in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantryman from June 2008 to June 2012, beginning as an Infantry Machine Gunner. Educationally, Hagglund attended Rogue Community College from 2016 to 2017.
