Heather Dawson has worked in various roles since 1993. Heather began as a Personal Property Appraiser at Dawson's Auctions in 1993, followed by a Special Education Teacher at the High School for Leadership and Public Service in 1997. In 1999, they moved to the New Hampshire Board of Education as a Special Education Teacher and then to Douglas County School District in 2012, also as a Special Education Teacher. In 2016, they became an Account Relationship Manager at EVERYTHING BUT THE HOUSE (EBTH).
