Doug Dilday

Doug Dilday has worked in various roles across the pharmaceutical industry since 1990. Doug started at PPD as a Clinical Coordinator - Outpatient Team and then moved up to Labratory Technician / Shift Leader and Clinical Coordinator - Inpatient Team. Doug then became a Clinical Research Associate / Senior Clinical Research Associate, responsible for project management and visit report review. Doug was then promoted to Project Manager, where they were responsible for study metrics, budgets and timelines. In 1999, they joined Quintiles as a Line Manager - Global Functioning Resourcing and then moved up to Associate Director, Clinical Operations and Line Manager, Full Service, providing direct management support to Clinical Research Associates and auditing doctor visits. In 2015, they became self-employed as a Business Owner. In 2018, they joined Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Return To Merchant Clerk and in 2021, they became an Operations Associate at Maxwell Biosciences.

Doug Dilday attended Texas State University from 1987 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art.
