Adam Sears Started with Maxwell Group in 2014 as the Director of Creative Dining. In 2017 he took over as Regional Director of Dining. Along with mentoring new dining leaders during their on-boarding process, and communicating with the dining committees at the communities, Adam consults with all the dining leaders in each community, ensuring that the Dining Teams are meeting expectations. Adam’s extensive background in fine dining includes working for the Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, The Omni Resort Amelia Island, The Breakers in Palm Beach and owning his own restaurant for 5 years on Amelia Island. Adam is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts.
