Joshua D. Holzer

Joshua D. Holzer has over 10 years of work experience. Joshua D. started working at WJB Capital Group Inc. in 2008 as a Financial Services professional, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Maxwell-Kates, Inc. as a Property Manager, responsible for overseeing the management and daily operations of 850 residential units in New York City. Joshua D. was later promoted to the position of Vice President. Within their role, they ensure the physical and financial well-being of each property and is involved in vendor selection and contract negotiation.

Joshua D. Holzer attended the University at Buffalo from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a field of study in Political Science and Government. In 2006, they also spent a year at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, continuing their studies in the same field.
