Craig Ratliff

Craig Ratliff has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in different organizations. Craig currently holds the position of Director of International Operations at Maxwell Leadership since 2018. Previously, they were the Owner & Lead Strategist at Unbroken Resolve starting from 2010. Prior to that, they served as the Lead Pastor at City View Church from 2015 to 2021. Craig also worked as the Multi-site Director and St. Bernard Campus Pastor at Celebration Church from 2006 to 2013. Craig was a Trustee at Lousiana Message Newspaper from 2008 to 2012 and an Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church Of Arabi from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, they served as the Lead Pastor at Bethel Baptist Church from 2000 to 2003.

Craig Ratliff has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Craig also holds an Associate's Degree in Pastoral Studies from Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Coach, Trainer, and Speaker in Personal & Organizational Development from The John Maxwell Team. Additionally, they are a Certified DISC Consultant and a Certified Independent Leadership Coach, Trainer, & Speaker, both obtained from The John Maxwell Team.
