Robert Sindon has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Robert started their career in 2002 at TSS Photography, where they served as the Director of Operations and Production. In this role, they were responsible for setting daily objectives for each department, managing inventory and production goals, and leading department meetings.

In 2014, Sindon joined RitzPix: Ritz Camera & Image as a Production Manager. Here, they handled all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including building maintenance, security, and equipment. Robert introduced lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to improve quality and productivity and developed SOPs and training materials for each work center within production. Robert also played a key role in the transition of fulfillment operations from Georgia to New Jersey.

Sindon then moved on to D3 Sinergy in 2012, where they worked as a Drum Instructor. Currently, they are working at Maxwell Leadership, where they hold the position of Director of Asset Management & Customer Service. Their responsibilities include overseeing asset and inventory management and providing exceptional customer service.

Robert Sindon attended Riverview High School in Sarasota from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained their high school diploma. Robert later pursued a degree in Civil Engineering from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota, studying from 1989 to 1991. In 2021, Robert also obtained a certification from the John Maxwell Team.
